  Communication Communication Communication. We never felt like we were left hanging like we were with a prior "national" mortgage company we tried to work with. Good news or bad news, it doesn't matter. Communication through this process is so important to me. Max was a straight shooter from start to finish, I couldn't have asked for more. Now we have a safe, affordable, gorgeous home to live in.

  There is an amazing group of ladies working at this organization that will help in any way they can when getting a mortgage. Lara Long and Rachel Pickett were so helpful. We live 2 hours away and almost all of the transactions were taken care of online through Docusign, which made it extremely helpful for my husband and I. Highly recommended.
