  10 years ago we were looking to buy a home after living in an apartment. We got an agent that showed us a dozen homes. None were just right. It was then we thought about building and discovered Faber. Their development was in the perfect location. They had several models of 1-2 story homes that could be further customized inside and out to get the perfect home for us. Their sales team and architects worked with us to make it a reality. The builders made a great house for us that's needed no fixing for 10 years. I give them a 5 star recommendation.

  The building phase took a bit longer than initially expected and agreed but labor shortage was a main issue during this phase. The house is what we expected, minor details to improve like doors or windows but overall very good job. The sales representative Anthony always answered our calls, messages and requests very fast and helped us a lot during the whole process. Our recommendation is to ensure a good communication not only internally but also with customers so all stakeholders would be conscious about same deadlines. In general good service and fast answers. They always made an effort to find us a solution. We recommend Faber Builders homes :)

  I had a great experience with Faber homes. The people were atentive to details and made the building experience very pleasant. From start to closing, the process was smooth. Thank you all Faber team for making our dream come true.

  We recently closed on our beautiful Faber home and we couldn't be happier. We had a minor issue with some vent noise in the attic and the Faber team addressed it immediately and professionally. We would recommend Faber to anyone looking to build a quality home with excellent customer service.

  We had a very positive experience with Faber Builders throughout the entire time. All of the people we interfaced with were wonderful to work with, easy to get along with, very knowledgeable and professional, a great team to work with. They had many plans to choose from and we were able to modify the one we chose to make it exactly what we wanted. It has been a great journey and we are so glad that we chose Faber Builders to build our forever home.

  Building a new home doesn't come without frustration and anxiety. Building with Faber however was a great learning experience to see everything come together and ease those worries. I chose Faber because I feel they have the nicest floorplans on the market. I couldn't be happier with my new home and with the service they have provided. With them you don't just build a house, you are building a home, a dream, a family.

  I built a Medway 3 in Berkshire Park, and I can openly say - I am in love with my home! The distinguishable factors that made my purchase viable were Faber's ability to customize a house to my needs, open layouts, workmanship and, of course, price point.

  Beware.. they don't value ur business's ONLY wants ur money. They don't honor the warrenty and will take every measure to attempt to find ways to void it. My electrical box was falling off my home for 18 month before they addressed the issue. They don't response u have to basically keep emailing them. I brought severally new builds and THIS COMPANY is the worst home. I WILL NEVER BUY FABER again.

  I have a close family member who had their home built with Faber Builders, Inc. in 2019, and they could not be more disappointed with what they have paid for. They are dissatisfied with both the quality of their build, as well as the unprofessionalism of Faber Builders. It was a huge mistake going with Faber and it has become abundantly clear that Faber Builders are interested in taking your money and then whipping their hands clean. Faber Builders are both unresponsive and dismissive. The home went more than three months behind schedule and communication was almost non existent on the company's end. My family member had to stay in the Hilton Suites and Marriott Extended stay for two months because of building issues and a snails pace progress. Faber would not take any responsibility for any of their actions or mistakes all along the building process. The home is less than two years old and clearly has faulty windows throughout. Stone veneer in the front is already falling right off and crumbling by the days. It's sad to see craftsmanship become such an afterthought. It's even sadder to see adults not admit when they are wrong. Faber is known for hiding behind their team of lawyers and looking the other way. Simply put, they don't do good business and will never have your best interest at heart. Please do not make the same mistakes my family has made and put your trust in Faber Builders. You'll be sure to regret their business.

  My current home is the 2nd one I have gotten through Faber. The first time the whole building experience was great, which is why I decided to use them again. The quality of the house is good, standard quirks with a new construction but nothing major. Faber has been quick to respond to any inquiries I have had about issues or concerns.
