  MY SON AND I HAVE JOINT ACCOUNT WITH F AND M ..FRIDAY AT THE DRIVE THRU WAS TOLD BY TELLER I COULDN'T CASH MY SON'S CHECK...WE HAVE HAD THIS ACCOUNT SINCE 2018..TELLER TOLD ME I WASN'T ON ACCOUNT..THAT'S FALSE..SHE WAS VERY RUDE....IT SEEMED AS THOUGH SHE VIEWED ME AS SUSPICIOUS OR SOMETHING WHEN I GOT OUT OF MY CAR TO PUT BACK MAILBOX SENDER...YES IM BLACK AND I FELT COMPLETELY SLIGHTED!!!!!

  This particular bank in the area has the sweetest employees! They’ve always been so helpful and I’ve never had a problem with any type of attitude or anything! I always make the trip to this bank and don’t bother with the other branches in the area!!

  Filled out for a secured card they had no problem taking my money then said I'd know something in a couple of day haven't heard any thang back so called an they can't tell me anything have to call tomorrow because the right person wasn't there beginning to think I chosen the wrong bank

  Great customer service in person. I just wish u could make deposit at atm. They offer less frills than a big bank but have better customer service.

  Worst bank in the area, by far. Rude, incompetent tellers coupled with flat out inconvenient (if not worthless) services/amenities and hours. GO TO DUPONT.
