The employees at this bank are AWESOME! Our experience has been 5 star from the beginning! We just received a thank you note signed by each employee that says thanks to us for being their customer the past year. Who else does that? Wish we would have found this bank years ago. Local banking is the best choice for us!!

I have had my bank loan through here for the past 2 year, and one more year to go. I have always paid the same amount, with no trouble plus the late charge. The past 3 month they have no been applying my late charge but could not answer the last 2 months question of why the amount has changed when it has always been the same. The lady I spoke to today was rude, she would not let me explain, every time I would try she would interrupt me and when I asked to speak to somebody that could answer my questions she walked away from me as I was still talking to her! I have never been so mad or disappointed in customer service!!!!
