      As a business owner, I am often in contact with Farmers and Commercial Bank a few times a week, sometimes daily. My experience over the last 20 years has always been very good. The staff at all levels and both branches has always been consistently friendly and very intent on being helpful. When the Covid-19 pandemic forced the temporary close of my business, I had enough savings to pay bills and employees for one month. When federal assistance became available, I almost immediately applied for that through F&C. Again the response was timely and effective and within approximately one week I secured a loan through the SBA that would tide us over. I appreciate all the help and service I've gotten over the years and highly recommend the entire team, not just in Lone Jack where I bank, but the folks in Holden as well.

      I normally go to the F and C bank in Warrensburg and I recently moved so I decided to try out the Lonejack location as it is closer to my house. I called beforehand and let them know I needed a replacement debit card and that I was on my way. I get here they said I already have a debit card for this account when I don't (only my husband does) then the lady said she never talked to me on the phone and that I would have to sit and wait for 30 minutes for a new debit card because someone else was in front of my that called ahead of time.... when I called as well. The lady was rude and hateful and kept having an attitude and sighing when she walked away to try to get it figured out. Not how I want to spend my morning when I called ahead and let them know I was on the way. Someone else does though and they get helped but I don't. Guess they pick and choose who they want to help and who they don't.

      This is an outstanding bank! All the people who work there are some of the nicest you'll ever meet. We've know the manager since we moved to Lone Jack before he was the bank manager in Lone Jack & he's a warm hearted, caring individual. He's a wonderful home town person that takes pride in our town and the businesses in it. I cant say enough about how personable this bank treats its customers. Gail Gassen

      So deposited over 1000 after getting paid at Lone Jack location today. No response from atm, it said error, didnt go into account, didnt give $ back AND THEY PROCEED to tell us THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE MORNING??? ARE THEY SERIOUS???!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BANK. WILL LOOK TO DO BANKING SOMEWHERE ELSE
