  Do your best to keep your ducks in a row so you never have to use a place like this. I tend to let mine roam around and worry about them later which can put me in a tough spot. I was at one of these spots and they were advertising a cash advance if you filed your taxes with them. Although skeptical I decided to check it out and sat down with the lady working there and answered all of her questions. After what ended up being much wasted time, maybe an just over an hour, I was told if I filed with them I would owe them around $800. I immediately knew that wasn't right so thankfully I still had the option to not file with them and do my taxes myself like I normally and usually do anyways. I did my own taxes later that day and recieved my usual few thousand. Maybe they weren't intentionally trying to scam me but only didn't know what they were doing but either way I can't trust them and will never go there again. I should have never gone there in the first place. Keep track of your ducks folks ✌️. I'm surpassing my dislike of them and giving them 3 stars instead of 1 because they have helped me out a few times in a time of need and received a check after operational bank hours.

  I'm working in Bozeman. My check this week was short 30 hours. So I was cutting a field check by my supervisor. It was hand written and could not chash it at Walmart. So my wife calls around, and finds this place. My wife was told as long as the company name was on the check it would be 20.00 dollars, and it wouldn't be a problem to chash. So we drive 2 hours to cash the check. I get there, they take all my info. Tell me to wait and they go in the back. They come back and take the paper with all my info, then they say, they cant cash the check until they speak to the company because they have not cashed checks from that company. This would have been good info to have before making the trip all the way out there. I asked for the paper with my info back or to be shredded, but they refused and said it belonged to them. Giving bad info and then not cashing my check is one thing, but saying my info belongs to them is a whole other problem. I dont recommend doing business here.

  Lady told me I needed the persons phone number that wrote me the check got the phone number then she tells me they need all my contact info I've cashed dozens of checks with no issue I believe racism had a part to play will never go through them again

  They take forever to cash a check and charge was outrageous! $50 for one check, Walmart charges way less!

  2 ladies behind the counter 1 walks in the back with my ID and the other starts asking for my information and writing it down on a little piece of paper these people need to be investigated for identity theft
