  I have worked with Eyal Tropen for many years on a couple refinances and on a mortgage for our first business property. We own our own business and many of the banks and credit unions do not understand how our income and expenses are calculated. Eyal is an exceptional mortgage broker. He kept us advised every step of the mortgage process, explaining the reason for every obscure document requested from us. His manner was always friendly, and he is very knowledgeable, professional, and very dedicated to his work. It was a pleasure working with him. He helped us obtain the cash out to purchase our first commercial property. He is very organized and precise. He made the mortgage process easy and offered great guidance. He was always quick to respond to all of our questions and was always easily accessible. We absolutely loved working with Eyal and highly recommend him.

  Eyal Tropen is an excellent choice to get a buyer in the best position to purchase a home. He was 100% dedicated to my husband and I successfully getting the house we put an offer on. When he says he will respond to every text/call/email the same day he honors his word. Our experience dealing with him was very comfortable because he takes you step by step through the process and makes you comfortable in it - “No question is a dumb question.” Ask anything any time of the day and you will get a response in a timely manner, which is so refreshing to have such easy communication. Don’t hesitate to choose Eyal because you won’t regret it. He knows his stuff!!

  I enjoyed working with Eyal. He was exceptionally attentive. Provided me with detailed explanation. He reviewed various loan options with me helping me find the loan for me. He was especially available at the end of the loan process and after closing and remotely ! I would recommend Eyal to my friends and will use his services again next time I’m looking into a Morgage or a mortgage refinance.

  It's a pleasure to work with Eyal. From the start he enumerated our options and we decided on what fits. From there Eyal is super responsive on email or text or phone, he shares all the information so i was fully informed on the progress and on concerns. Eyal knew ahead of time what documents were needed so we were able to close with tight deadline. Very recommended.
