  Such a professional office! All the ladies are sweet as can be and know what they're doing ,besides maybe two that'll remain unnamed that aren't ,but all together great! Melinda is the best she keeps it friendly and professional every call i receive but can still make me laugh and enjoy the rest of my day.

  I will absolutely never do business here EVER again. They’re the worst at keeping track of ANY KIND of paperwork no matter how many times new paperwork is submitted. They always charge me a late fee instead of pulling out of my bank account on the designated day, and harass me and tell me i have been past due since the month prior even though i have bank statements saying money was pulled out in their name. They harass me and my husband to try and get more money out of us and it is ridiculous. I am completely fed up with this company and all of its employees. WORST finance company I have dealt with. If my current issues are not resolved I am most definitely suing them for fraud. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

  Tish, did a wonderful job in helping me get the loan that I needed for the unexpected bill and she were very friendly with a smile. Even if I didn't get the loan, I still would have left their happy because Tish, went out of her way to do everything to get me approved. Thanks Tish 👌🤝✨

  Applied almost 2 weeks ago, no answer. Called to check status person working on file was not there. I did not want to deal with that person so I asked if someone else could help me, that person recommended that I reapply. Applied on a Tuesday, Thursday hadn't heard from the new person so I called to check the status of my application. She told me they called my employer to verify employment and gave it to her supervisor to look over the file. Well, she actually lied to me because she hadn't even contacted my employer yet. Friday late morning....still no answer! I see some people had good experiences, but I have yet to see anything that has been good with my experience. Approved or not, I will not be accepting a loan with these people!!!

  They have the worst record keeping system on the planet. They set up your account for automatic payments. And then every month they call and harass you saying that your account is past due trying to get you to take and make another payment after they've already gotten your automatic payment. When You Hell them they set up your account this way from the beginning of the loan I try to say no this is a brand new payment arrangement. And then they want to say you need to make your payment current time wait no. I would not recommend anybody to ever do business with them. Last time they started harassing me constantly about me not making my payments even though they will get my money directly withdrawn from my account every month I had to call corporate and file a complaint and now they're starting that s*** all over again. Once I pay them off I will never do business with them again for anything I wouldn't borrow a penny from them ever again. Their excuse for not knowing how my account setup and I can't read a damn file my account file is all that person is new six calls a day and every time the person calling me out their brand new they just started I'm sorry you didn't just change your whole office staff play those games with somebody who's stupid I wasn't born 30 seconds ago. Worse Financial business place in the universe.i would give them no start at all but it's not a option. They cant even Process payments properly. All I want is for them to take my last payment and go away never contact me again ever. Worst loan company in the galaxy they have the worst record keeping the worst office staff snd flaim they are not aloud to give out the corporate office phone number so you can make a complaint about your account snd how screwed up they have got it. Never never ever do any business with this company it will be the worst experience of your life.

  This loan company is terrible. Their website absolutely is worthless - supposed a way to send them a message but it doesn't work. Their location finder is as worthless as their message portion. Extremely high interest rates, but I knew what I was getting, but the loan documents stated payments due within 30 days of loan being granted, but they moved it to a much harder date for me to make. I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

  Over all my experience was here was on point. I was told and "reminded" on what to have ready when applying for my loan. I had all paperwork ready for as well as having my references ready to be used. The overall atmosphere was exceptional. Hats off to all that are working here for the central Texas area!

  This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I do not recommend anyone to use the Temple branch. They are very unprofessional. Lie # 1 They told me the number they had to verify my part time job was a personal cell phone number. I was trying get a advance they already had all my info from my last approval so how was it not the right number . Lie # 2 I was told that the answer they receive from my part time job was that I didnt work there anymore (the number that was supposely a personal number) 😒 Lie # 3 I was told they was told they had to call back the next day at 8 to speak to someone to verify my employment there ( the number that was supposley a personal number) Lie # 4 I was to to come on in bring my recent 30 bill and other stuff so when I get there I ask did the reach my part time job and who she spoken with I work at that job 4 year and the name she gave me I've never heard before and I know everybody at my job Lie # 5 she told me my job said I haven't worked there in 2 weeks Lie # 6 after all this time She told me they couldnt do it because i need to make 6 more payment Lie # 7 So i called the person that original said I could and when he finish speaking to them he told me that they said they denied me because I was being rude . Lie #8 so i called them and ask why would they say that when i wasn't rude I didnt raise my voice or curse at anybody and they said they didn't say that I believe you treat people the way you want to be treated and I dont believe these people need to be employed at a job that require so much customer service If i could give them a negative star i would
