  The EXCEL TEAM at the Ambassador location is Awesome. I like that they are very knowledgeable and caring. I always receive a warm welcome upon my arrival. I am very impressed at how the office is always clean and fresh. Attitude and perception goes a long way and it is nice to see friendly management and staff when you walk in. I have referred several of my coworkers, family, and friends to do business with the ladies at EXCEL. Other lending companies in the area could learn a lot from this location.

  The Excel team in Lafayette on ambassador is awesome. They have great customer service. If I have any questions about my loan they always there to help. I had got approved on my loan with no problems. The women's at Excel is awesome I appreciate them alot. I advised anyone who are looking to help they credit to try Excel in Lafayette.

  Excel Finance on Ambassador is really awesome!!! My child was sick and I had no health insurance. I was unable to afford urgent care and the medication that was needed to make my child well again. I immediately called Excel and explained what was going on. They were so understanding and they really helped me out by loaning me the funds needed! My experience with this company is a great one compared to similar agencies I have dealt with. Everyone in that office deserves a pay raise!!!!!

  Ms. Tracy Lazard is very professional . She has a welcoming personality, a warm smile, and is always ready to help. No matter what is going on in the office, and I would assume, any where else, she is always smiling and ready to help. She is awesome.
