  Worst credit union in El Paso hands down. They have somehow decided that reducing this branch to 1 teller was a good idea. Additionally the people in charge felt it was an even better idea to only have tellers at either location on the 1st, 3rd, and 15th of every month 🤦‍♂️. I can't wait for this place to close down.

  Terrible bank. Never open a business account with Evolve. One location will hold your checks for 3-7 days while the other branch will deposit them immediately. Apparently they all have different rules. The teller will question why you are depositing such a large check even though it is a business account t and have been depositing the same checks for years

  I was banking with them for years, but somewhere down the line, the customer service has tanked and now it is awful. Now you aren't able to see a live person for any questions, you have to wait in a call queue for so long to end up having your call hung up once you are next to speak with a CSR. Look elsewhere to bank with!

  So I paid the loan off on my account and was still getting charge after, for having an open account. My account went into the negatives and they expected me to pay after stealing money. “Modern day thieves” Bank and loan somewhere else. Anywhere. It sucks that I have to give them one star cause they really don’t deserve any.

  This is by far the worst bank in the world.. Their system is completely flawed, and there is no such thing as customer service.. I am taking my money out immediately and looking elsewhere ..

  Too many bad experiences to point out all. i was depositing a good amount of cash on my lunch hour on their machine when it took the money and decided to shut down giving me no receipt. after checking noticed deposit was not made. was there 40 minutes and they could not fix right away and it took 2 hours to get my money in my account. horrible customer service. another time went in to deposit a check. machines were out of order as it seems they are a third of the time. teller was not busy so i let the teller know they were down and i had to make the deposit. she directed me outside to the drive thru atm. i let her know i came inside because their were 2 car in line there. she stated she couldn't and i would have to use the outside atm. unbelievable. i told her they need to make sure those self serve machines are working if they expect us to use them. they were better when they were El Paso employees and then they turned into evolve. they didnt evolve into anything. there is no urgency there to grow they continue to get smaller and the employees work as if they feel they will soon be bought out by another bank or close down like their other branches so they work like they have nothing to look forward to and dont care.

  Been with Evolve for 30 years, back when it was a small branch near the University. Never had any issues. Electronic Banking is great. They give you the rules for this, and if you follow them you do well. I like their annual Dividends as well.

  Worst bank ever. Never been late on a car payment until this year 2020. And now they repo my car. Once I get everything settle I am reporting them to the BBB. Been asking for help and got told No cause I didn't lose my job due covdit 19 they can not help me.and sent me law firm.HEARTLESS

  Horrible establishment. These guys are criminals. Invested in a $500 CD for 5 years. Can't touch the CD without penalties for 5 years. Halfway in, they added a $9.00 a month fee. Now I owe $200.00 in fees. Losing money not making money. Stay away from this company. They are a bunch of thief's .

  I have been with efcu for over 36yrs. I bank at Saul Kleinfield. I have never had any problems . I always have gotten good service. There has been a lot of changes Yes but more convenient. I like the fact they never had deposit slips which I like saves time and paper. Also when I applied For loans. I get fast service and u get paid Dividends at the end of the year. I like that my bank is up the street. Thankyou EFCU to all the staff at Saul Kleinfield branch For always helping me with my bank transactions. Alicia Medrano
