He understands my layperson talk and translates it into exactly what we need. He is very knowledgeable and an all around good guy.   Chris is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. After dealing with large companies like Progressive and others, there is a night and day difference in customer support, response time, and so many other factors. Switching to a hometown agent was the best thing I could have ever done. Chris sat down with me and broke down my entire home and auto policy and explained to me each item in detail one by one. Explaining the importance of particular coverage items and making sure I was knowledgeable about my coverage as well. It’s all of the little things that made dealing with Chris a true pleasure. He also saved me money on both my auto and home insurance, and provided me with MUCH better coverage. I have since referred him to family and friends

  Absolutely thee best company I've ever dealt with...the agents are always available always professional and extremely helpful. The insurance is affordable and top notch. My family deals mostly with Chris Helt and I can tell you first hand he is always there for us when we need him whether its for the house or one of the vehicles and we have never been let down....highly highly recommend SRC Insurance!!!!

  Very happy about my experience with Tammy at SRC Insurance! She was extremely helpful with answering my many questions, and she saved me about $35 a month on my home and auto insurance policies, giving me much better coverage and lower deductibles than I had before. I am so glad I made the switch. Tammy was extremely accommodating and provided me with all of the answers to my questions, while allowing me to feel comfortable in the process. Highly recommend!

  I've worked with Chris for the past 5 plus years sending him my clients who are buying and refinancing homes. 9 out of 10 clients I send him end up choosing his company, after receiving several insurance quotes from other insurance companies. That tells me he offers the best customer service, lowest rates, and strongest coverage. If you need insurance give Chris Helt at call!
