  As I moved here in July 2019 from Florida. Eva Bank came with postive recommtaions. However, once a small account was opened, I have found the service and it's employees to lack professionalism, have a lack of warmth or caring concern for myself, my account or it's funds. I only moved only a very small amount to the Bank, as a Let's Check Them out move. Bad move on my part. I have yet to.reveive any Customer service, anyy issue or concern has not been addressed, just pushed back to me, asnit is not Their Problem. Thinking the Bank accross the street just got my Portfolio. Becareful who you think has no money, when they were "Catfishing You'. Ta Ta.... Update. Eva is a Wonderful Bank. I was able to get all my issues resolved and will be staying with them.
