  Eva has been a lot of help to me. After 30 years, I was laid off leaving me without life insurance. I had always taken insurance for granted. Eva helped me find a great policy that will take me into my 70’s at a great rate. This winter, I noticed that my home owners insurance was increasing again. Having not paid attention I contacted Eva and she walked me through an analysis that reduced my premium over $100 while allowing for coverage that will more than cover my replacement costs. She keeps me current on any changes that State Farm is making. I no longer ignore notices to meet with Eva as I did in the past. In these uncertain times, I feel better about my coverages.

  Eva and her staff at State Farm have been handling my car insurance and a life insurance policy for the last few years and have been totally professional and make me feel like they have my best interests at hand. Today I moved my home owners insurance to their agency and I am totally happy with everything so far. Kudos to Eva and her staff.

  Eva and her staff are outstanding in customer service. Very knowledgeable and prompt. They follow up and help resolve any issues. The management of claims is superior. Oh, and she saved us over $300 on the homeowners insurance this year! Don't look any further if you want savings and excellent customer service!

  The entire staff at this office are AMAZING. They follow through and are beyond exceptional at what they do! I have to do a special recognition of Sue Cook. She goes above and absolutely exceeds are her job. She is always courteous, thorough, and will always look out for your best interest! A special thank you to Sue and the entire office! I have been and will continue to remain a devout customer to this agency!!

  Be warned I would not use this office!! Have had nothing but problems since having my polices there. Tell you lies all the time and reassure you that they are handled her to find out nothing has been fix. Just doing best for there pockets not yours!! Really is very unfortunate is that I have been with this office from when I first started and driving and since my agent retire/moved on I got placed with this agent!

As a small business owner it would be very helpful to know which team member you worked with or if it was our after hours customer service and what went wrong. I know there were some system issues during the COVID lockdown when we were all told to work remote that made it difficult at times for us to access accurate information. This is unacceptable to me and I will do anything within my power to make things right. Please call me at your convenience.

  We have been with this office since day one. Eva and her staff go above and beyond with helping with our car, life, home and disability insurance policies. Every time we have needed them, they quickly respond with answers. They actually even meet with us yearly and see how we can save money. With so many choices in the Insurance business, I can't imagine going anywhere else.
