  This is hands down the best junkyard in the Philadelphia region! As a business woman I've felt uncomfortable in the past entering junkyards that are unclean and have poor service especially towards women. This establishment is the opposite! The business is clean and very welcoming. The gentlemen at the front desk are professional and extremely helpful and the office manager is a woman! They have access to many parts, are reasonably priced, and can ship anywhere for your convenience. I would highly recommend this business to everyone!

  I emailed for a quote for a part I got a quick respond. Called and got part shipped to me, I live across country. The part arrived 1 week later and nicely packed. The replacement part was in excellent condition. Thank you excellent experience.

  Called to inquire some pricing on a few parts, the guy said that the parts I were looking for would be better off just being bought new, also got some pricing on cosmetics and he was swift with the pricing and info that I wanted. That was my first time I called and I will surely be going back. Customer service was awesome

  I needed a motorcycle taken when I had to move suddenly and they came through very fast. Today I was looking for a "you pull it yard" for a customer of mine and came across them and there is my bike sitting there in a picture (former bike). Nice to see it! Thanks for the quick pick up you guys saved me a freaking ton of headaches in a rough time.

  I was looking for ignition coils and lower intake for my endeavor 2006, and I looked all over the place finally I called this place! The guy was polite, helpful and a decent human being over all, unlike other place ( as we all know used parts places are notorious for being rude) so this guy was a breath of a fresh air and I didn't fix my car yet and I don't know if the parts will work or not, but I'm satisfied with the experience and just to deal a good guy, thanks

  Im going to be honest. I had a bad experience because of the amount of time the make me wait for a part., and when I went to pick it up, he told me it was not ready, that I had to wait 30 more mns. But after driving two hours to get there in the first place, I was dissapointed for the service. I don't doubt the parts are good, but man, service makes people come back. So, Im not coming back, and will not recommended it unless you have enough time to waste. Good luck!

  Hi. You did stop In to pay for a part that we did have. The part was still on the car and we had to remove it. We try to be fair to everyone who places an order and pull parts in the order they are received. It would not be fair to our other customers who had already paid for their parts to put you ahead of them. When you placed your order I did explain to you that I would call you once the part was off and ready to pick up. You came back before you received a call and you didn't bother calling us either to check the status of your order. I'm sorry you feel like you wasted your time. We are very busy and very fair. We always encourage our customers to call ahead with a credit card to place orders and we will call you once the part is ready for pick up. That way you drive down once to pick the parts up and don't have to wait for anything. We were also happy to give you a full refund once you stated you didn't want to wait any longer for the part. I hope you give us another chance if you need more parts. Just call us before you come down. I'm sure you would change your review if you gave us another shot We don't want to waste anyone's time, we know how valuable it is! Have an amazing day!
