  To be hung up on repeatedly as a customer is beyond frustrating. Especially with the lack of competence they possess to rectify problems that arise. Never recieving phone calls when they cancel a card. Have had multiple experiences where I could not access my money and no explanation as to why. Recently my debit card was canceled due to fraud and 3 weeks later it is still sitting at the corporate office. I was told I could purchase a card for $5. Although this was not my mistake... horrible. Do your banking elsewhere
