  Alex Roldan was exceptional in all aspects, from start to finish of our refinancing process. Efficient, communicative, knowledgable, professional, friendly are just some of the words to describe him but the most important is that he is very honest and trustworthy. Alex has worked with us on multiple loans and refinancing our house to the best&low rate and affordable monthly payments! The entire process from signing documents, and getting updates was superb. The communication through the whole process was excellent. Alex was a 10/10 in getting us refinanced fast and efficiently. Highly recommend him for your mortgage needs. He communicated everything we needed to know and was incredibly dedicated to getting us to closing on time! He took a massive amount of initiative and remained calm, polite and a pleasure to work with. We could not be more pleased with the results and his excellent service! I am grateful for him and my new loan! I have already referred him to my friends, family and co-workers. It was a pleasure!

  I've never had a mortgage company fail to pay my Homeowners Insurance on time so that I got a discontinuation notice from the insurer. That's just not the way I roll. Don't need a mortgage company messing up my impeccable credit rating. Shameful.

  In review of your account we discovered your insurance carrier never cashed the check that was sent to them. The initial check was issued 3 weeks prior to the expiration of your policy but due to unknown reasons, your insurance company returned the check and issued the cancelation on your policy. Once we became aware of the issue, we contacted your insurance company, re-issued the check and overnighted the funds to them to reinstate your policy. Your coverage is now back and fully in force. We apologize for the confusion on this case and will always work diligently to escrow accounts are fully maintained and paid accurately. In addition, this will have NO impact on your credit score. Please let us know if you need anything else.

  We worked with Marina Rodriguez at Equity Resources and we couldn't be happier with that decision! We are so grateful to have had her on our side as first-time home buyers.   The worst lender i have seen. My buyer used this company only to be denied after they had the loan for 25 days.They lost a lot of money and would never recommend them. Can i give them less than one start. They sounded knowledgeable, but run very fast from them
