  I would highly recommend Richard Rose for your mortgage needs. Throughout my refinance there were a couple of hiccups, but Richard jumped on them and took care of them in a timely matter. He was able to close my loan in 3 weeks from when I initially talked to him! He was easily accessible to reach if I needed him. The electronic signing was very convenient also! I will be recommending him to family and friends! Great job Richard!

With his guidance, we were able to apply, approve, execute and close the loan on our new home in just a few weeks.   When everyone else would not talk to me, Richard said, "I can get it done, no problem". He the absolute best to work with and got my mortgage done in two weeks. He walked me through each step and made sure we got the best options. Incredible to work with. Incredible Service!

  We were able to with Rich and Equity Mortgage and it was a good experience. Rich helped guide and educate us on the real estate market and he was there to help make sure we had a smooth transition in our closing. He worked hard and it showed in his work. We were able to close on our home on 03/19/2018 and it is because of his hard work and dedication.

  I discovered Mr. Rose (Rick) via a website that helped identify mortgage brokers in my area. What I can say is reaching out to Rick to help with the refi of a rental property I own out of state was an amazing decision. Rick was always up for a chat no matter what time or day of the week if I had questions and needed more details about my refi.   We utilized Richard Rose’s services to purchase our first home using VA benefits. Initially we tried and failed using US Bank and CHASE bank. “The banks” turned what should have been an enjoyable experience into a 6 month underwriting nightmare. The last word from the bank after our second unsuccessful attempt was that we have cleared all underwriting conditions however the VA appraisal expired because it had been 6 months. Once our credit stabilized from the bank inquiries we reached out to Richard with a very skeptical mindset of our ability to close on a home. Richard said he could have this closed in one month and our initial thought was “yeah right.” We even went so far to try and convince him that it would take longer. To our amazement, we were able to close in 3 weeks from the day we called Richard. Signed, sealed, delivered. As a first time home buyer, I can honestly say that when I saw the fees involved for his services, without hesitation, I said that he deserved it for a job well done.
