  As a small business owner, I know the importance of exceptional customer service. When we needed assistance in applying for a stimulus loan our CPA recommended Equitable Bank. At the time, we were customers of a large bank who did not provide us with any assistance at a time when we needed the most. Doug and the folks at Equitable Bank made us a priority and helped us with the loan process every step of the way.   Doug and his team at Equitable Bank absolutely go above and beyond for their customers. I have had zero problems whatsoever in my 8 years banking with them. If you are looking for that "personal" small town banker feel where they make decisions in a quick and timely manner, this is the bank for you. They're certainly not a small bank, but their team in Omaha and Grand Island does a fantastic job of making you feel like you're their only customer when you call and do business with them.   Equitable Bank has been the #1 banking choice for Boice Landscaping. Having a "local" banker offers a multitude of benefits including personal service, fast turn around time on loans - with none of the bigger bank run around of committee after committee approvals. Equitable Bank reached out to us (and all their business customers) about signing up for the recent CARE Act Paycheck Protection Program and then processed our application quickly and we received payment within one week! Customer Service has always been fantastic! Highly recommend Equitable Bank for all your business and personal banking needs.

  Doug Nodgaard and his team have been excellent to work with. The personal experience and customer service they provide is great. They also manage to provide their services quickly from offering loans and line of credits, to simply replacing lost debit cards. The girls have been great in helping me find deposits in my bookkeeping. I'd highly recommend Equitable Bank.

  All of the staff at equitable bank are amazing!!! They’re very friendly and family oriented. They have helped me for years with all of my banking needs, accounts, loans, etc for my business and I would absolutely not bank with anyone else.   Doug Nodgaard and his team at Equitable Bank go above and beyond to help you with everything that you may need with the professionalism and passion that you will NOT find at any other bank. We are a small practice and solely owned. Not only did Doug and the team help us with the Care Act PPP Loan but also listened to me before hand as I was panicking for weeks when our office closed and my staff was put on furlough. He didn't have the time to calm our nerves and talk us thru this difficult time but he did. Doug even pops in to your office occasionally just to say hi.   Equitable Bank was spectacular in helping navigate the Paycheck Protection program. They contacted me personally (phone call not a mass email) as soon as they were aware of any updates or changes with the PPP process. This allowed me to get them the information promptly for a quick turn around in actually obtaining the PPP funding. You guys are a lifesaver!!
