  Worse mortgage lender I have ever worked with, I should have used my own bank that I work for. Never heard from Sean once even when I emailed him directly, Tonja, while she was very pleasant, her and her team made the experience with my 203K loan unpleasant and stressful due lack of communication, truly believe they should not be offering these types of loans if they do not know how to do them. Extremely disappointed since they were referred to me. Perhaps I was just the unlucky one this time around.

  From start to finish Sean and his team were amazing! They were able to get us pre qualified within an hour. They answered any questions we had and were available even after hours when we had concerns. I recommend Envoy Mortgage highly. We are moving into our home now thanks to Envoy and loving it!!

  I appreciated everything Envoy did to make the closing on my house go smoothly. Tonya went above and beyond her patience with me trying to get all of the paperwork completed on time. I was impressed with Amanda as well as the receptionist getting paperwork copied and to the proper place.

  Couple of months dealing with them, never once spoke to Sean. Got approved in 30 days with another lender. If you have a simple case that any other lender can get you approved, they may be your team. If not, in my opinion, please go to another lender. Look up lender overlays, Envoy Mortgage puts them as they see fit. Good Luck....
