  I cannot express how impressed I am at the great customer service my father and I received at the House Springs, MO branch from Tori Lovier. She spent very much time in our multiple visits to the matters which we had to address at the bank. Not only did she take the time, but she seemed to really care. Enterprise Bank & Trust is lucky to have Tori Lovier as a representative of their financial institution. Kudos to Tori and Enterprise Bank.

  Debby Ancel assisted us in procuring a home loan. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She worked in a timely fashion. We think her experience and knowledge of the real estate and banking is a great asset to her customers. She adds a personal aspect making us feel like she is a part of our team.

  UPDATE: multiple calls from management, they took care of the problem fast. Still not fond of video tellers,, but the onsite associates are AMAZING.. saved a 3 star and made it a five star. I've always liked the service at this location. I do not like the video tellers or the client service line that you have to call since they merged with enterprise. I called the local number and it went to the main service line. The person actually sounded annoyed and was quite rude. I'm so sorry that I wanted to make sure the lobby is open. I haven't been inside a bank in years. I truly wasn't sure if lobbies had been reopened. Shame on me as a long term customer,calling to ask question. Sorry to bother you. 😢

  I've been banking at the House Springs branch for about 8 years and I'm very happy with my experience. They have gone to great lengths to help my family and me. This is a wonderful, old fashioned, small-town bank. We also have one account at the Manchester branch and they've been equally helpful.

  Not a fan. A customer for years with so so satisfaction. Suddenly they start charging my account $5 a month without notifying me. They say it is for a checking account fee. They told me cheerfully that I am one of the first for my account to get "rolled in" to the new program... I get some free app and savings coupons in exchange. I was like, "Are you kidding me!?" "Seriously are you flipping kidding me?" Will not bank here again. Poop is what I say to that!

  I have been with this bank for many years. Now that we are in a pandemic my interest rates have dropped very low. Really?
