  I've been here twice.. and they're very friendly and the place is nice.. but.. I've been here no less than four times where they're not open during the posted hours. Hey owners, if you want to take off early that's fine just change your hours so people don't waste their time trying to open your door.. I'm looking to buy and you're on my list of places to check but I keep getting rebuked. Seems like you're not really interested in selling things. By the way your lighted Open sign is on with the handwritten sign about you being closed. Perhaps hire some help so you can be open what hours you post as being open.

  Every time I go in there they treat me with respect and kindness. Seem to always price the item I pawn or sell at the right value. Very satisfied. Best pawn shop I've been to. Keep up the good work guys.

  If there was a negative star I'd give him two. I went days before christmas to pawn my rings I wear almost everyday to buy some things for my kids. He knew I'd be back for them we discussed how much I hated to pawn them. My forfeiture date on ticket was 1-22-21. I was there 1-20-21 cash in hand to get my items only to be told he scrapped them because I sold the items to him. So why the forfeiture date ? Right ? Well when he altered my ticket I guess he forgot to change that . Also he didnt realize I know same people that the girl he sold my items to days after I pawned them does. Hes a crook with a smile. I hear alot of illegal stuff has happened there too.

  Some of the most honest and caring people in the pawn industry is at Steve's Pawn Shop in House Springs Missouri. What a gem we in our Fair City. Gives fair prices on pawn items or if you decide to sell to them.

  Have had several deas with Steve, cant predict the future but at this point I can say he has been very fair & honest. I had forgot something during a transaction, the next time I popped in, he went in the back and came out with my item. This has told me what I wanted to know. This is the best place I have visited. Thanks steve

  Just discovered this place and they are super friendly and very fair. They don't try to take advantage of you on purchases or when using pawn services. Seem to be reasonable. Will definitely be back.

  Steve is a good business man, and a good friend, he is the cheapest on any firearm, and has a large selection to choose from. Bill is his business partner, he's awesome 👍 also.
