  I have never written a positive review of a bank I don't think lol. I'm a pretty busy person but I wanted to take time out to thank Ent Credit Union for being a wonderful partner with me in my finances. Thanks to Vicki Phillips in Business lending as well.

  ENT is one of the best credit unions I have ever worked with. Every branch I’ve ever been to has been great. Their staff genuinely cares. I called the card holder services today and spoke to Sabrina. She was so incredibly helpful and friendly! I’ve been a member for almost 8 years and even though there aren’t a lot of locations in Denver, I plan on staying with them simply because of their outstanding customer service.

  I came in to this service center because it was open later than others in the area and I really needed a notary to get some paperwork completed. I showed up and it was conviently located off the street and through the doors so I didn't have to walk too far or hunt for it. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with warm smiles and was kindly directed to who could help. I was in and out super quick and felt it was an overall positive experience. Did I ever mention how much I love Ent and why they are my number one choice for personal banking?

  I created a payment online. Then I was told there is no payment in there... oh get this agent on the phone can't see payment online so they tell you no. They tell you have to schedule it. I had ones in there but she telling me no. I called to dispute two charges two weeks ago. She didn't understand why two so she helped me then Note again 2 charged I am told one posting saving one to loan I didn't set up two separate ones they can't help so I have to dispute w chase this is bad a bank cant see online and regular schedule payments. I will never do a loan with them. Rude customer service.

  The staff at this ent was very helpful! They gave me suggestions for my account that I had not even thought of trying. Everyone is very friendly. It’s really to have an ent in the tech center. This is going to be my branch of choice for the foreseeable future.
