  Never have I ever thought I'd write a review about a loan office. Yet here I am, contemplating on what to write about for this business and it's staff. First and foremost, the atmosphere of the place is so professional and friendly. Everyone is on their P's and Q's. The welcome that you receive is heartwarming. All ingredients to making the journey to there stress free and worth it. Secondly, the staff there presents a degree of professionalism and knowledge that I don't ever remember experiencing anywhere else before,whether it was in person or over the phone(due to COVID) you just know you're dealing with some go getter's. Thirdly which is the most important part, they are willing to go the extra mile when it comes to helping out. Whether it's coming to an agreeable contract, having to make a late payment, or even with your credit score! Definitely gonna let friends and family know about my experience here.

  Asked several times to call me after 11am. Still after 1 day late they call me 8 to 9am. Over n over. Paid them off. Sent my son n law and still wants to call him instead of me why my loan was pd off. Asking him if they should reopen me. Really. Michelle just annoying. Worst mistake going to them for a loan. Blake was amazing but the others omg annoying ...

  This place is a joke!! They would not let my wife apply alone due to a bill not being in her name even though she has been at her job for 3 years. We decided to do a joint application but they would not take my id because it's not a Texas ID even though all bills are in my name with a lease agreement saying I lived in Texas for 2+ years and check stubs!! Don't waste your time here they don't even try to help you or work something out.

  The staff there is awesome , the lady's are nice and make sure u understand everything , I'm happy their helping build my credit

  This freaking place is a joke. My fiance applied for a loan and they called the apartments we stay in for information without consent and a very small loan not thousands of dollars. Very unprofessional. Ridiculous.
