      I have always had a good relationship with ERCU and recently their loan officer Alex Perry went out of her way to help me out of a bad situation. In short: ECRU has very good people.

      They need to move into the 21st century. Don't move if you have a loan through them. You can mail a check, but they never check their mail and will happily fine you. They won't take payments over the phone and you can't make a payment on their website. The only option is PayPal. And god forbid you're late. No collections for this company. They'll take you to court. I'm sorry I ever did business with them.

      Best bank,credit union in the entire town,Konda,Doug,Heath,Cynthia,and all other staff here do there best all the time to help you everytime.I highly recommended them to anyone.They've always took great care of us and been honest,and caring.I love everyone here and at all branches.I usually use the main branch in town by wal mart but all are same,great people work here.
