  They begged me to get over $500 in my SAVINGS account then behind my back suddenly started deducting $5/mont FEE! They are never there when you need them! WORST PLACE EVER TO PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! STAY FAR AWAY!

  Mr. Harrington, I am sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately you have had no activity on your account for over a year, and at which point it is policy for fee's to be involved for inactivity.

  to all who have a joint account be aware if who ever opened the account if they should pass away or something''they will close your account without notice''even thou its a joint account YES i know because it happen to me/so now i'm stuck paying overdraft fee to people because they closed my joint account because my husband died and we had a joint account and most deposits were in my name and all you get is sorry he was first on the account primary they give you NO notice or NO PHONE CALLS nothering and they didn't give a dam how much it cost you in overdraft fees or all things that get direct deposit ''pension checks /s.s.check . Great way to loose people

  Wanted to find out about my past statements and was told that they longer have access to them. New system was installed and they don't have them for you to have. I wanted to see past statements because I wanted to see how my balance changed so dramatically. I was told that I would have to pay $5 a statement. I need the statement from last September. I am not going to pay that sum of money for a years worth of statements. I have been a customer for many years and thought they could help me more with this. There is nothing they can do and now I don't know what has been happening to my account. Before you could look in your onlibe banking and see your statements but not anymore. They have changed for the worst since they converted their system over. Will probably be looking for another bank that cares about their customers more.

  I was a customer here many years ago and they are very outdated compared to other banks. You're better off with a more secure and updated infrastructure. The rates are not really comparable because there are many other local credit unions with on par or lower rates.

  I can't wait to switch banks. This place is bad. I've requested 4-5 times to sign up for online banking and nothing. I applied for a car loan and they never got back to me. When I called they just told me to apply again.

  I have been with this credit union since I was a kid. Rates are much better than that of the banks. Service is personable.

  Talk about a blast from the past. Going into this branch is like stepping into 1971.
