  It was time to let my bass go, so I brought it in for an appraisal and offer. Unfortunately the team here wasn't interested, but Steve gave me an awesome lead and took my amp off my hands. I really appreciated they're honesty and expertise. They are all professional, and treated me right. I will keep them in mind the next time I want to purchase an instrument or need an offer on something I don't need anymore. Thanks again to the team in Guitars and everyone else!   This Empire location is very professional and trustworthy place of business. I have been doing repeat business with them for the past year. I have never had a bad experience or any problems what so ever. I would highly recommend this alternative if you need quick cash.

  The people there are very helpful and very nice and they always have a smile to say your fine no worry some people do not pick up on things like that and that’s really important to me the greet how the greet you I pay attention all my experience at Empire loan has been very great because you are there for us in times of need and I thank you some time I always say it’s how you conduct yourself with respect if you don’t have the money let them know they try to work it out for you the best way they can I never had that experience because I let them know when my time come I’ll call never ignore a situation cause there is a way to figure it out and arnisty is the best policy stay bless5star for Empire
