  I worked with Lois who was very patient with me and gave me just the right number of reminders without being pushy. I was contemplating a certain kind of insurance that cost more than I wanted it to and I delayed making a decision -- she sent me a reminder every couple of months -- each time letting me know that she would stop reminding me if I was sure I didn't want it (I never was). I eventually bought the insurance and was grateful for her professional and non intrusive help.

  Emily is an amazing agent. I moved to Northern CA in 2020 and called her Agency during the pandemic a little over a year ago. I have not had a chance to meet her in person. However, last week, she personally called to review my Home Owners Policy to be sure I had enough coverage and that I was a happy client. Emily and her office staff are very professionally and so far, I am a very happy client.

  This review is long overdue! I started a policy with State Farm recently. Taylor Childers is the agent that has gone above and beyond to assist me with my car policy. She found the best insurance that fit my needs at competitive pricing. The response time to my questions are always prompt. Good customer service is hard to find and State Farm’s is exceptional!   I was struggling with finding homeowners insurance in Portola Valley after the wildfire season last year. I was declined coverage by multiple carriers and becoming more and more concerned. I talked with Lois at State Farm and she immediately reassured me and was able to get the coverage we needed. She was extremely professional and helpful and most importantly delivered in every way. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service and professionalism that she demonstrated through this process.

  I've been a client of this State Farm office for many years and they've always provided great service. Recently, Erin Magana really exceeded their standards.   I have been a customer for three years now I believe and it's been a very good experience. The team is super responsive and helped me through a few issues so far (broken window, emergency tow in a remote and challenging area with no cell service). Both were handled quickly and flawlessly and it's nice to expect that and have peace of mind. I also bundled renter's insurance and an umbrella policy with my car insurance and got a great discount. Would recommend!
