  I have been a member of the EFCU for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed with any of my transactions with this bank. When I hear someone complaining about their bank I'm delighted to tell them about my experiences and strongly advise them to consider banking with Emery. I love my bank manager, she's like a member of my family.

  So I bought an "extended warranty" when I financed my truck. Extended means beyond what any of the original warranties that come with a vehicle. So I was sold a product that ran along the same time as my dealership warranty. DO NOT do any business with this credit union! Not only did is my warranty expire, but they messed up my original paperwork with the warranty as well. I will NOT finance anything in the future with them.

  UPDATE: a year later and the customer service is still absolutely horrible. I will be calling management and letting them know how rude their associates really are. Good job emery for having the worst customer service I've ever seen. The worst customer service experience I've ever had and not just once but every single time I call in. The people who answer the phone definitely need to have an attitude check. I'm very disappointed in the lack of compassion and the etiquette they use. Actually just a friendly hello and some empathy would go a long way.

  I go here for "shared banking" so that I don't have to drive to my regular credit union. I have never had a bad experience here.
