  We were two years into a chapter 13 bankruptcy, and I just got offered my dream job. We were worried we wouldn't be able to finance a home and my wife and I worked with Chuck and his team and they had everything laid out that we needed in order to go to closing. They were the only ones to respond to us and they treated us like royalty. I would highly recommend them and would use them again tomorrow if I was in the market for a home.

  Chuck was extremely responsive from teh first time we reached out to him and helped us navigate numerous offers and changes in direction. The process for contract to closing was pretty effortless from our perspective because he and his team are so organized and helpful. I hope we don't need to go through this process again anytime soon but if we do we would definitely reach back out. Thanks!

  I have used Chuck for 2 loans and each time we looked at 3 lenders and Chuck gave us the best rates. Chuck is a great adviser to have during the home buying process. Our buying process was extremely difficult (because of the seller) and Chuck was always available to help. When we did close we had to expedite our loans process and Chuck’s team worked the weekend to meet the seller’s deadline.

He would check in even when I didn't have any questions. The entire process was astoundingly smooth, quick and transparent.   Chuck is the man with the plan. He helped me with a straight forward plan to bump up my credit score to be eligible for the FHA loan. When I got it high enough, we went to work as a team. Chuck and his team were available at all reasonable hours of the day to help with anything I needed. We found a house and closed in 1 MONTH. These guys are the real deal.
