  I just purchased a home in the Falmouth area. Having purchased homes and condos in Indiana, Florida, Georgia, and Maine I am very familiar with the entire process. Bruce Roullard, the branch manager of Embrace Home Loans in Portland was referred to me by my real estate broker. I had never heard of Embrace Home loans and was skeptical at first, but once I met Bruce, I was impressed with his professional demeanor. Not only was he able to find me a VA loan at 2.75% he was the most professional, and prompt banker with whom I have ever worked. He is the real thing. Thank you very much Bruce.

  I have been approved for home loan by another company, however I wanted to use someone local. I have been in customer service for 20 plus years and never have I ever been treated the way I was. I put in for a loan application on a weekend. Over the up coming week, I did not hear anything, no email or phone call. I reached out to Embrace Home Loans to find out I have been assigned a loan agent. I left a message. Sometime after I left a message, I received a message from Gary G " It looks as if you fell through the cracks." The voice mail was so unprofessional on so many levels. I thought I would give him a 2nd change. Over the follow week we play phone tag. When i was able to take his call, " well about time you answer". I was shocked by the unprofessional this person had. The conversation ended with me just telling him we was not going to work his company. During the conversation, he would interrupt me and not allow me to answer his questions. He talked down to me. I can not speak of the company it self, but they need to send Gary through customer service training. I can only hope someone else never feels the way that Gary G made me feel.
