They went above and beyond in working with the Title company to ensure an on-time closing. When you are closing on a new home, you have dozens of things to worry about. Not only did I not have to worry about my mortgage provider - but they also helped me alleviate other stresses.

  Christine was very knowledgeable about home loans and helped me get the best loan and interest rate for my purchase. Unfortunately, some of the necessary tax information wasn't supplied to me. Within a week of the signing, embrace sold my loan to another company, and my numerous attempts to contact Christine have been ignored (phone, email etc.). I was able to resolve my tax document search by calling the state tax offices, but it was a big let down to be ignored after I signed all the paperwork.
