  I’ve never experienced customer service on this level before. Tripper and his entire team were responsive, available, and knowledgeable. While we were rebuilding our credit, the team gave us some great recommendations/guidance that helped us eventually buy a home. There were some twists and turns during the buying process, but Tripper was always calm and ready with solutions. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but the Embrace team made it fun! If you are buying a home, this is the only team you should consider.

  I would not recommend Tripper Heckscher! He picks and chooses who he wants to help. He pulled my credit 3 times and would not return my calls or emails. I am now a homeowner, I am so happy we went to Capital One and found an awesome lady named Wendy who really cared.
