  I highly recommend Clara. She is very responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I was purchasing from out-of-state so everything was remote. The process was easy and seamless. We were able to close in just under 30d. Would have been a week earlier but pushed the closing due to seller request. Then during the week of closing, I had a family emergency arise in which I had to fly out of town unexpectedly. Clara and the rest of the crew worked quickly and diligently to work with us on getting closing date moved last minute. This definitely took stress off and allowed me to focus and be with family during a time in need. I highly recommend Clara as a lender and will continue to use her for my REI needs.

  Mrs. Lauren Harvell was our loan originator for a home mortgage. Our mortgage process was more complicated then average because my wife and I were out of the country during the entire process. Lauren was incredible to work with throughout. She was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful from first contact to the end. Lauren always answered or returned our phone calls and replied to each email message. I have already referred a family member to Lauren and will gladly refer anyone to Lauren.   Worse bank to finance a mortgage with (Mobile Al location). Horrible communication between loan processor and client. If your not on top of it is not getting done. My closing cost changed probably five time in a couple of days before closing. After closing my insurance company contacted me to pay another $350 for my insurance premium that could have been taken out of the escrow account that was set up at closing. I contacted Sonia to express my concerns about the insurance problem. Sonia then calls my personal insurance company and uses profanity during the conversation. She tells my insurance company they need to call me and explain how my insurance works. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will not refer no one to this bank.
