  I switched to Embassy Bank back in 2014 for a refinance. Since then, I have switched all of our account there, including two business. I always feel like a valued customer when I go to any branch, especially Macungie!

  Friendly and helpful No rope line or counter with teller windows You walk in, see the coffee and tea counter, get treated and waved over to a desk by the person who will take care of your transaction You are a neighbor, not an account number
