  Switching to Embassy bank was the best financial move! Their wonderful customer service and welcoming environment is so great that we moved forward and also decided to take out our first mortgage loan with them. Another great decision as Gina Franco (at the flagship office) has been an immense help! She has made, what most would consider a stressful experience easy and all around exciting!

  Embassy Bank is a phenomenal bank to work with. They made the process of getting a mortgage as easy and smooth as could be. After being with a large bank (that changed hands several times) for 20 years, I switched my accounts to Embassy Bank. They are very helpful and friendly whenever I need assistance and really do care about their customers.

  Embassy Bank recently helped us with the purchase of a new home. We had to be creative in the financing because we wanted to close on the new home before the closing on our existing home. Gina worked with us on a bridge loan and mortgage of the new home. All of the closings went very well, no issues whatsoever, and very friendly service. I would highly recommend Embassy bank. Also many thanks to Gina in the mortgage department for her professional and great service. I will continue to use Embassy Bank for my banking needs.

  Embassy bank’s service is unmatched. Unlike large banks everywhere, they don’t make up fees for everything so my account will remain with Embassy even after moving out of state. I will continue to rely on them for my banking needs. The staff is the most friendly and helpful always! Thank you for being an honest, reliable bank that stands apart from the rest. I recommend this bank if you like perks and not being surprised by hidden fees!

  Embassy bank is all about the costumer service . Accounts have no fees. Have loans with great rates and convenient payment schedule. I always felt small banks give better costumer service and programs. If you are looking for a bank that’s not just about fees and making the banking experience unpleasant Embassy is the place to go.

  I recently obtained a mortgage from Embassy Bank. I had the pleasure of working with Gina Franco. I have gone through many mortgage processes before and this was hands-down the best experience I have ever had. Gina was very professional, very informative and attentive. Anytime I had a question she always got back to me promptly. I uploaded all my documents needed online in minutes and was never asked for additional documents as time went on. Gina went over all my options with me and did not push me into a loan she allowed me to choose what I felt was best for me. Rates had dropped from when we first started the loan process. My rate that she had given was lowered a week before closing without me even asking. Most banks and mortgage brokers would’ve kept the rate the same and kept it moving. I know where I will be going for all of my banking needs in the future. Gina has earned my trust. I highly recommend Gina Franco and Embassy Bank.
