  (January 2018) Rob Beeman is a great guy to work with. He has lots of industry knowledge and has been a big help on the front lines as well as back office to get through the rehabs (February 2021) We feel the same way about DLP as we did several years ago. Rob Beeman has always been there to help in any way he can. Stephanie Sfarra is great on the back end. She introduced us to Buildertrend software which has simply becomes a staple for TNT Homes. We loved working with Joanie however she has moved on to bigger opportunities within DLP. Only downside this past year is that we are having to work with new (more) people for different aspects. (Growth related)

  I just closed a $6M loan with DLP and it could not have been smoother. The DLP team set up a kick off call 2 months prior to close and followed their original plan perfectly. We had to move up close a week for the property sellers and were able to close EARLY (nobody closes early) without any issues.   DLP gave us the tools and the quick funding that was needed to purchase our first investment property. We worked directly with Robert Beeman who was always available for questions or concerns that we had. He helped us every step of the way in order to find and purchase a property that was perfect for our first rehab. His years of experience and knowledge in this industry were exactly what we needed as first time flippers. We look forward to working with him and DLP on future investment properties!

  Brion Yarnell and the group at DLP did a phenomenal job with financing our projects. They were accurate in their estimates, they moved swiftly and provided a better financial structure than any other group we had interviewed. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

  I recently worked with Nader Hack on establishing a line of credit for a real estate deal. Nader was extremely professional and prompt with all communications and the process flow of obtaining funds for a rehab project my partner and I were attempting to do. Unfortunately, our project did not work out and Nader did not hesitate to get my $2,500 legal / admin fee refunded. I will definitely be using his services on future projects.

  The DLP team is very professional throughout the process in getting the loan and afterwards. They're easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and friendly. I would certainly use them again.
