      Canceled insurance in mid jan. Never got the cancellation notice in the mail even after being advsided it was mailed our 4 different times. Progressive ended up cancelling insurance for non payment..then billing me for a prorated amount. Come to find out tbis agent failed to cancel my insurance until feb 19th.. almost a month later. Then got an attitude when it was questioned..
