  I recently purchased a new vehicle and I thought my current insurance premium was too pricey. I contacted your Danvers location and I spoke to Jessica & Aubriel. They were extremely professional and courteous. Jessica was able to save me over 100$ a month on my car insurance. With current times being so unpredictable, I was extremely appreciative and thankful that your staff was able to accommodate my needs in such a professional manner, and on top of that, save me a good chunk of money in the process. I have many friends in your field and I know that Insurance is a tough business to be in, so when I encounter such a positive experience I want to make sure it does not go unnoticed. I am extremely satisfied with how I was treated, and look forward to being a valued client. I will continue to refer friends and family!

  I have been a customer of Elliot Whittier Insurance for many years and they are great to work with. Any questions or concerns I have are handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Julie for handling a new car registration quickly for me during the holidays and the pandemic that keeps us so isolated from doing things like we used to.

  I am not one to submit reviews, however, in this case I feel compelled to write. Back in February I spoke to Nicole, an agent at Elliot Whittier, about changing my car insurance when my policy was up the end of June. Before I could even call her as the time to switch grew closer, she was already on the phone with me with a new quote saving me $1100!! Not only that, she had all the paperwork out to me the next day!! That is what I call excellent customer service!! Thanks a million, Nicole, and tell your boss you deserve a raise!!!

  I’ve had nothing but positive experiences using Elliot Whittier Insurance Services. I’ve used them for years for my auto insurance needs and most recently sought guidance for purchasing homeowners insurance. My dedicated representative, Connie Parent, is so helpful! She responds immediately and will shop around to provide me with options and insight into savings and discounts. She really has helped guide me each year with whatever it is I need. I don’t know too much about insurance and coverage types but Connie is sure to explain the things I need to know and basically does the work for me! I highly recommend using Elliot Whittier to assist you with your future insurance needs.

  This company is outstanding!! Nicole was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and she responded quickly. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and accurately. She met me at my car, properly masked for safety, and even kept me updated as to the registry runners progress! All in all an easy, painless experience. My boyfriend will be switching his policy over to Elliott Whitter very soon and I will recommend E.W. and Nicole from now on! Thank again!!

  I recently needed a copy of my flood policy for my mortgage company and I got excellent and immediate service from Elliot Whittier Ins. Representatives Christine and Joyce. They responded to my request timely and provided me with the information I needed quickly. This on a day when many businesses are releasing employees to shelter in place, so naturally people are trying to get their own lives settled. But even given this challenge, the service I received was top notch.

  What can I say about Amy Olevitz? She is not only professional and responsive, her value to Elliott Whittier is outstanding. She was able to guide me through what I thought was a complicated issue (it certainly did not appear to be a complicated issue with Amy!) as I had damage done on my property from a storm (house roof and fence). Her professional, and timely, direction was above reproach in solving all "issues"....she is the best! Thank you Amy!

  My experience with Elliot Whittier has been more than I could ever ask for out of an insurance company. My agent Aubriel Polisky has been soo sweet, professional, and helpful to me these past few weeks. With the Covid-19 pandemic going on my job has cut my hours, and I was forced to move back home. During that time my bills didn’t get paid and my insurance canceled. Aubriel was able to get me reinstated with a price that could fit my budget. Thanks to her I can continue working. The true hero’s don’t wear capes, Aubriel is one of those hero’s. Thank you for your support.
