  Closed the transaction today with the help from Joe and Shirley. The whole loan application process is very fast (around one month from loan application filing to case closed) and less many complicated procedures. The apartment I purchased has lots of commercial unites and most of the banks do not want to provide loan for this type of building, but Joe did it. They offered us the best mortgage rate and even waived penalty when we have to extend the rate lock period due to the seller’s issue. I do think Joe is an honest and trustworthy person who you can work with. If you need a mortgage, Joe is the best person to contact. I am 100% percent sure You will be deeply grateful during the entire cooperation.
