  I found Danny Velazquez, from Elite Wholesale Mortgage through the internet researching mortgage companies. I was in a bit of a pickle due to a bad divorce from years ago and it continues to haunt me, due to a 2nd mortgage which my ex was responsible for payment by court decree and yet she deliberately paid late to affect my credit scores. I tried to get a mortgage through banking institutions but was rejected due to the result of late payment history.   My experience for refinancing my home with Danny was very smooth and easy from the start to end.He provided the best option available in the market upfront and gave me the things needed from my side to complete the process.Once I decided , the rate was locked and within 10 days all process was completed with all validations from the lender.I would definitely recommend Danny.Good work Danny !!!!!
