  I recently received a loan through the credit union even though I had already signed papers for my truck at the dealership with a different place. ELGA’s rates and service were beyond what I expected! Very happy with the entire loan process and I’ll check here first next time.

  I am so pleased with my experience that I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Working with the Holly branch was by far the best experience I have ever had in dealing with any type of financial institution. The service I received from Taylor and Susan was absolutely phenomenal. Every question I had was thoroughly and immediately answered with no wait time. Nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. Highly recommend this branch!!

  Wow. Avoid this branch if you're a co-op network user! Negligent employees didn't want to brave the cold to put a sign up on their ATM stating it was jammed; rather than a simple apology, they stated "yea, you should have went to the other ATM; we can process a request for you today, to maybe have your money back to you in 48 hours..." WOW. Note: I called my bank while waiting for ELGA to open and they said co-op banks WILL provide cash refund with the teller; for whatever reason, THIS branch does not honor that. So, after being told i should have used a different ATM (because I'm psychic and knew the one I was at, was broken..)I called my own awesome bank back (Navy Federal Credit Union) and they are crediting my money back into my account ASAP, will be there no later than 12 hours. I wanted the cash, which is why I tried to work with ELGA first. CONTEXT: This specific ELGA ATM gives out $50 bills by default, so I opted for smaller bills. Little did I know, one of their ATMs were jammed, so when my own bank processed the transaction, ELGAs ATM did not provide me with my requested cash. The screen said to contact my bank only; no error code provided, no receipt given, nothing! Still no indication on their ATM that it's out of order... tsk tsk... way to go for customer service. *two thumbs down, way down.*
