  We moved and had to find a new credit union, joined Dort which was a huge mistake, closed that account within a day, found ELGA, and so happy I did, not only are their staff extremely friendly and helpful everytime I have had to deal with them, on the phone or in-person, their services are awesome and they don't judge you for a flawed credit score, they actually try and help you fix it!!. So happy I found them.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Jen Curtis at the Fenton VGs location. I am in the middle of planning my dream wedding and came up short on money needed to make my special day happen. She helped me secure a personal loan within 12 hours and made it so easy and stress free. She is very professional and knowledgeable. You have an outstanding employee working for you!!!

  Top notch friendly staff, I was in and out and have experienced excellent customer service every time I've been to this location. The Manager Susan has handled any concern I've ever had promptly. I highly recommend Elga, and especially this location to anyone!

  All of the staff here at the Elga branch inside of VGs in Fenton are always professional and kind...it’s so convenient to water ski in the morning, run into grab some food before working out at the gym next-door, and hit ELGA to grab some quick cash... so much better than running into town ....Besides, the staff here is so friendly I always look forward to seeing them...Jen and Susan and the remainder have done a great job at this branch...I am 110% satisfied

  Apon arrival I was told I would be unable to proceed with my loan, after dealing with Susan addler for some time, I finally was told to wait for a loan officer. Susan never told me she would be on break for one hour. I continually waited for some time, then saw the loan officer come out on a private call. That is when I found out I would have to wait even longer for her. Due to the fact that she had to go to the bathroom to relive herself after she was done with her hour lunch break.

  Customer service was awesome but I couldn't get a replacement debit card

  Wendy, thanks for leaving a review! Our VG's locations in Davison and Fenton do not have the instant issue card machines, but our other 12 locations do! Feel free to stop by another location when convenient for you!
