  I bought my house about a month ago and I can’t be happier because it’s a dream that came true thank the wonderful group of professionals from Element Funding. My especial thanks go to Michael Zuckerman . He played a very important role in this process that nobody could say it’s easy because it’s not. However , with Mr. Zuckerman’ s wide knowledge and excellent professionalism everything went very well throughout the days. This is a great expert that has no limits when it comes to help you. I’ve never met a person as patient as he is ... I have to confess that I asked him the same questions thousands of times and he was all the time super willing to answer and explain everything to me so I could understand.   Do NOT use Maurice Kalter. He is a crook! This was the worst experience. Classic bate and switch. He promised a mortgage rate of 2.875 and when the final docs needed signing he drew them up at 3.25%. That is a rediculous rate and one that we did not agree to. I am 3 weeks before closing on my house, and Maurice Kalter thought that he would be able to get away with this. Shame on him! Beware..... he’s an awful excuse for a human being! Do not believe a word he says!!!!!
