  Greg Downs was absolutely amazing and my refinance went through with no hassles what-so-ever! He was there every step of the way, nights, weekends, looking out for my best interests and always available to answer any questions I had along the way - not that I had many since he explained all that was occurring as it came up!!

  Recommending Element Funding to all of my friends and family. Their team was professional and made it as smooth of a process as could be. It was a pleasure working with Natalie. As a first time homebuyer, I wasn't very knowledgeable about this whole process. Natalie was always only a call or text away.   I had the best experience with Element Funding Gregg Downs is very professional in his work and his staff is awesome , if had to do this again I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Gregg Downs To be my loan Officer again he makes you feel comfortable and works with you day and night if he has to (Thank You Gregg ) and if you don’t believe me just give him a call you will not regret it.😀

  Kate was amazing. Every question was answered in a timely manner no matter the time of day. She always offered the best options and always seemed to have our best interest at heart. Buying a home is very stressful, especially when you are selling another home simultaneously but Kate was in our corner at every turn. I don't want to do this again for a very long time, but if I do, I need these guys backing me. I would definitely recommend Kate and her team to anyone else in need of their services. Well done.
