  Had to wait wait 39 minutes for a counselor and manager for one simple transaction. Their customer service, in the background, needs improvement. Cut the wait time.

  Be careful with this bank. Been banking through them for over a decade, never had so many issues until now. Now, they will rob you blind. I heard Regions is good. I'm going to try them. Hopefully they wont rob me like this bank did. God awful experience.

  I have never had more trouble with any other bank. When I medically retired out of the Air Force, there was an error DFAS and I did not get my full retirement. I started to fall behind on bills. After falling behind on a my truck payment 15 days two months in a row they finally locked my account once when my paycheck fell on a weekend. Well, they are not open on the weekend. I had no access to even pay my truck loan to unlock my account. It does not stop there. It had also kept me from paying my cell phone on a predetermined date so I could keep my cell phone on. If I was not embarrassed enough, I had to go ask my neighbor if I could borrow their phone. When I got a hold of a manager, I was told if I would just pay my bills on time I would not have this problem. He told me that even after I explained to him that I could prove how many job applications I had filled out. People at that time just don’t want to hire Veterans with PTSD. Save your self a lot of time and don’t put any money into this bank.

  There customer service is rude and not very helpful.i was looking for help to resolve an online banking problem and the lady hung up on me after saying she couldent help me. There account are taking up to three days to show activity. I would not recommend you to use these people unless you are looking to be very upset with the way your money is handled.

  I had been banking with EFCU since 2012. I wanted to refinance my car and they denied me. Went straight to Navy Federal Credit Union and they did it and I didn't even have an account with them. Needless to say I know longer bank with Eglin. Navy Federal all the way.

  Should've got a loan with EFCU for our first home. Ann and Nikita was great. Prompt with our documents, filled us in with everything going on. Very proffesional and friendly. Buying a house isn't an easy process, but they sure did an awesome job. Thanks again Ann and Nikita!!

  One star just because the people are nice. Constantly my login is disable for no reason or explanation. Countless time when your servers are down my debit card doesn't work putting me in uncomfortable situations. Checking account was automatically closed and debit cards expired due inactive card balance. I could go on for ever and have expressed concerns many times. Is is not including the wrong doing you have caused my wife with her account as well. This is why big banks are taking over.

  Banking is pretty good people are friendly. However, I have never seen a bank with ATMs that consistently never work. Every time I try to use one of Eglins ATMs it freezes up. Not just recently, nearly Everytime I've used one in the area over the last year..... Anyone ever gonna bring attention to this?

  STAY AWAY! Their banking "services" will mysteriously crash and stop working, leaving you without a way to pay for gas, food, or generally stuck out in the cold. Then while their systems are down they will bounce all your transactions and then refuse to reimburse you for all the NSF fees they charged you when it comes back online. I was told their servers went down along with their backups (teller told me this). If they mismanage and can't take care of their own infrastructure and utterly fail to have backups, what do you think they're doing with your money? Navy Fed is literally right across the street. Avoid this knock off.

  Had them for years. Great for loans. Reletively friendly. Had an unfortunate experiance with some bill payer thing they offer. I was told it was cenceled years ago and it wasnt. Found out I was being charged $5 a month for 6 years for something I never used. They told me they were going to cancel it in 2013. They never did. So I just lost out on $300. Partly my fault for not catching it tho.
