  We tried for a month to get our Chrysler 200 fixed for a HVAC system problem. The local bigger dealership in our city could not figure it out. They automatically went for the more expensive invasive way to look for the problem. They still could not fix it. Gary and his team listened to our concerns without saying or thinking that the "little lady" did not know what she was talking about. Our car was fixed the same day we brought it in. Edward's knows our dollar counts and they worked on it until they were satisfied it was fixed and when made sure we were satisfied it was working.

  Bad Water Pump I experienced a coolant system failure in my 2017 Ram 3500 on route to deliver a load in Denver,CO. Luckily I was able to make it to Edwards Chrysler Dodge early in the morning were I was treated exceptionally well. The Service Manager (Adam) was very professional and understood my situation as time was of the essence. Adam put his best technician (David) on the job right away, David identified and worked on the issue immediately. David also took the time to explain the issue with the water pump, and what he had done to rectify the issue. Really great service. If your looking for great customer service and a great experience, Edwards Chrysler is the place to go. Thank you guys!

  We broke down on our way back to San Antonio and was towed to Edwards Dodge in Dumas TX. My truck needed a water pump and a belt replaced and after a couple hours we were back on the road. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I’m thankful I went to this location to have work done and would highly recommend them in the future, Thank you.

  My family was saddled with DPF/check engine lights popping up midway through our family vacation to Colorado. After calling all the dealerships in a 50 mile radius and being either turned away or told they were just swamped with other customers, the service manager, Adam, at Edwards Ram advised me to get there as quickly and safely as possible so they could assess the situation. We were seen promptly upon arrival, and they even welcomed our Aussie into the showroom while they inspected, troubleshot, and resolved our issue. I can’t thank the service staff enough for getting us safely back on the road. Y’all are the best!

  If you have a new diesel truck with issues and especially DEF failure codes, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Adam and Dave got my truck hooked up and found the issue that the Lubbock dealer was too lazy or incompetent to figure out — bad DEF from a pump! Got me drained and refilled with genuine Mopar fluid in an hour, and I was back on the road! Highly recommend the guys here even if you have to drive from Amarillo or Lubbock! Awesome, awesome service and people!

  I had a truck broke down in Kansas near Christmas time. no Dealership within 100 miles could help me get it fixed for two weeks plus. I called and spoke with Adam in the service department he assured me he could help me so I had my truck towed over 100 miles to him. As promised my truck was fixed ASAP and they even delivered it back over 100 miles away. customer service is an A++++ here I was even able to call and get the owner of the dealership on the phone to thank him personally! Try that any where else!

  On Friday, July 5, 2013, I was traveling with my family from Oklahoma City to Colorado when the engine light displayed a code. We stopped in one town and the Dodge dealer could not get to our vehicle. I called Edwards Chrysler Dodge and reported the check engine light and they told me to stop by and they would look at it for us. Don, in parts was most helpful and he directed me to Adam in service. Adam looked up the code and also found a technical bulletin that had been issued for my vehicle. I reported that the local Dodge dealer had made that repair and Adam found one repair had been made and one had not yet been completed. He offered to check his parts and give us the part to have our local Dodge dealer complete the repair. He printed out the bulletins for our reference.   Radiator hose leak and they worked us right in. Traveling between Dyersburg, TN and Trinidad, CO. Their service was wonderful a special thanks to David for getting right on it for us.
