  Always top notch customer service! Very personable and quick service each time I go to the branch, chat online with a rep or through phone calls. They have an updated phone mobile App and it’s easy to use all their options to deposit and transfer money electronically. I’ll never go anywhere else for all my banking needs!

  Went in with a private party seller to buy a car. Ardreonna Griffin helped me with the car loan process. Helped me find out it wasn’t a good buy for me and saved me a world of headache and expenses. I am so appreciative of her and her service.

  I've never had such an awful banking experience in my life. Came here last month to set up autopay, they told me to just do it through the app. Tried that, and they want to send small transactions to my external bank account to link it. I never got these transactions. I go in a month later (today) INTO THE BRANCH, and after about an hour, no one was able to SET UP AUTOPAY? ARE YOU KIDDING? The rep then told me to just do it through the app again, even though I already tried this and can't get the small transactions! This is an awful branch and it seemed like 75% of the staff was brand new and had no idea how to even take a payment for my auto loan on top of all that.

  My go to staff there is Brenda ,shes very professional, understanding, patient,and she has always been a pleasant to meet with. Other than that i love the branch on prospect ,fast service and you are able to come in for banking.

  Horrid customer service both in branch and via 800 number. Don't expect any empathy or apologies if you have to deal with their incompetence. Try a traditional bank or an online bank if you want to save yourself a LOT of frustration. UPDATE: I notice that someone responded to this review 3 WEEKS AFTER THE FACT. No I'm not going to contact you with more details after your "manager" basically told me to go (bleep) (bleep). How about you teach your staff manners, class, and professionalism instead of me wasting more of my time giving you details? The sole purpose of my review was to warn potential customers against your horrible business.

  Honestly I thought this place was ok until I got fraud on my account and they never notified me. Then when I called them they tried saying I had fraud on my account twice and they were going to close it. They completely blamed me and were totally unprofessional even after the fact Maria had told me to call she started yelling at me because I had advised her that this bank is not secure for not letting me know about the fraud the first time so ofc it’s gonna happen again if they never advised me to change my password or any of that sort. Such a shame

  I've really enjoyed being a member with Educators. They are always very helpful and resolved all of my banking issues. There was one recent time that I paid a bill on another website and accidentally entered the wrong account number, I was charged with an overdraft fee since the account I put in did not have the full amount, I called Educators and explained my situation along with the fact that I would never knowingly spend more than I have in an account, the person that worked with me was very understanding and reversed the charges. I would recommend this bank to everyone!

  Love educators credit union! Customer service is always excellent and fast! If I came across a problem or situation in life, I can rely on them steering me in the right direction. They truly care about their members.

  I have been a loyal customer from educators for 5years and I was always so satisfied until today. I felt I was picked out and possibly racially profiled tonight by the Branch manager and teller. I have been going to this bank and I have done the same transaction for the past 5 years. Mind you my wife who is of a different race went in did the same transaction and it was honored with no question. Not only did I not gt what I needed from here they humiliated me by nfront of other customers. I then went to another branch and that branch was very happy to help me so this is why I’m complaining about this branch advise you guys don’t go here

  Nice bank. Generally excellent service and usually very quick. They have hours for drive through, usually open longer than inside banking which is convenient I would recommend using any of the branches and even though it's a Credit Union, it operates very similar to a bank.
