Olga White1Was stuck in a drive up lane for over and hour with a sick child in the car yesterday. I called the branch several times for help they did nothing! Nobody should be made to feel hostage at bank drive up. I have to mention that many times over the past 10 yrs members of my family have been racially targeted in the drive up by staff even had a meeting over the phone with management about it. I hope they do better!
Response from the ownerOur management team will be reaching out to you to learn more about your experience. We have sent a direct message through social media if you have a preferred method for us to contact you..

Shon Velasquez1Below par customer service was harassed over a phone number to MY account when I called day prior an didn’t have to give that out. Have been on hold for over 30 mins as well felt like they kept me on hold until they closed.

Madison Smith1I have to wait on hold for 40 min just to get the simplest questions answered. Maybe get some more people answering the phones. You should be able to pay the salary’s from all the overdraft fees.
Response from the ownerHi Madison, thank you for your patience today. Our Member Response Center is designed to answer our calls as efficiently and thoroughly as possible. Recently we've had a higher volume of calls but are also available through the live chat in online banking or through our Educators WeCU video banking to assist our members.

Tierney Stone1Your Google hours are wrong for your lobby. Plus when using the drive thru banking the two woman standing inside didn't even greet me or say anything. When another car pulled along side us they were more than helpful and friendly. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THE SAME.

Jeanne Denney1I am new to the community and had a very rough experience trying to establish new accounts with Educators Credit Union. After many, many years of good banking history I was denyied the ability to open a business account due to a low "Chex score". I had never heard of this score. Want to know why? Apparently because ECU had made too many inquiries when I opened my other checking account a few weeks before. That triggered a score lowering. I say apparently because actually no one could give me an explanation of what the issue was ,or why it was low or decipher the report or explain even what CHEX system was anyway. And... there was nothing to do about it, no way to correct or redress the issue. Nothing. Worse, there was no apparent interest in my problem. I was just given numbers to call that led to automated replies and told I could wait 3 years for the issue to clear up. Not the least bit practical for someone trying to start a business in a new town! Not the hometown personal service and care I was looking for in a bank. So I went to Tri City NB where I got it with ease. So far love the place. I don't relish writing bad reviews. But in this case the bank has caused harm. If this is the way that issues are dealt with internally it has to be reported. I really wanted to like this place. But I might just have well have been working with Chase or a mega bank, where come to think of it, I probably would have been better treated.

Elizabeth S1Absolutely terrible customer service. My credit card was stolen two weeks ago and they still have not sent me paperwork to have the charges disputed. Then they told me I need to pay the bill!! Lack of urgency and response. Don't bank here.
Response from the ownerHi Elizabeth, we are sorry to read of this experience. When you have the chance, can you message us through social media or through our live chat on ecu.com with additional details so we can look at this together?

austin potrikus1The only place I know where it takes someone 15 minutes to count less than a grand in cash.
Response from the ownerGood morning Austin, when you have a chance can you let us know when you had this experience at our Rapids branch?

Michael Marotta1They published a very misguided car buying guide. They may be a good credit union but slandering an industry is not a good way to promote your business.
Response from the ownerThank you for your feedback, Michael, We are in the process of rewriting all of our guides.
