  I had a wonderful experience at ESFCU Germantown. I came to Susan, Branch Manager, several times with questions regarding auto loans and purchasing a vehicle. She expressed immense patience, kind help, and encouraging words each time we sat down together. Even though this was not my regular Credit Union location, I look forward to coming back in the future because of the trusting relationship I built with Susan. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a bank that cares about its members!

  I can't say enough good things about the Germantown branch. Susan and the team are the best to work with. If it would not have been for Susan, I probably would have changed credit unions. Thank you, Susan and the Germantown branch!!!

  The Germantown Branch employees are knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. I would recommend this branch to family and friends.

  Don't come here unless you're prepared to be mislead, and lied to by employees who apparently don't know what they're talking about. I came in to make a representative payee account, and was told they "don't do those anymore." Uhm...what? My family member currently holds the same type of account here, so they CAN make/support them, they just choose not to. They're just lazy, and clearly don't want to help anyone.

  Before this branch relocated to the frederick rd location I loved coming in. Everyone was so kind helpful and positive. Ever since they hired new people it has just went down hill. I stopped in yesterday 8/24 around 4pm my bank card has not been working for about a week. It’s said there’s something wrong with the chip or my card is declined. I came in looking to get a new card and see if my account is locked for some reason. The woman working in the front just proceeded to tell me they’ve been having issues with the chip so I have to wait (mind you no one in my family is having issues with their card). She never once checked to see if anything was wrong with my account or to see if the chip was the issue and just told me to come back tomorrow??? She did not help with with anything. Long story short I went to the location in clarksburg and the woman working in the front looked at my card and said “your chip is worn out let me print you a new one it should take 2 minutes” used it after and it worked. I just think it’s unacceptable hiring someone who does NOT want to do their job. My goodness I work at the hospital and I can’t even imagine having that “I don’t want to do my job” attitude. It was an issue that can be resolved in 2 minutes and yet I didn’t receive the help I needed.

  I was assisted today by Nitaya and Susan. My visit was regarding one issue and was pleasantly surprised by their guidance with other matters. A great thank you to both. I have been a member of this credit union for over 20 years and, have always been satisfied with their professionalism.

  I came into the branch very upset about a computer-error that occurred on my credit card. I was agitated because it was the second time this had happened to me. Susan Bobadilla is the manager and she listened to me rant and complain. When I was finished she had a plan to address my concern and she put it into action immediately in front of me. This was on a Saturday. She informed me that she was not worrying on Monday but would call with an update on Tuesday and she did!!!! By Tuesday morning the problem was fully resolved. Susan rocks!

  Educational Systems Federal Credit Union is a full service facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. Lots of free parking. I highly recommend this business.
