Educational Systems Federal Credit Union Reviews

Leta Davis5While I have always received quality service from all of the employees at ESFCU, I am particularly pleased to express my feelings about Tiffanie Montgomery. I actually consider her to be my personal banker, because of the extensive and specialized level of attention she offers every time I am in contact with her. She is not only a pleasant person to deal with, she is also really good at the job. She gives of her time, I never feel rushed or unimportant. She does not move on until all of my needs are met, and gives new meaning to the term "going the extra mile." I reiterate, I have had nothing but positive experiences from everyone at the ESFCU, but within that context, Branch Manager Tiffanie Montgomery is a bit of a favorite of mine.

Elerie Thomas5I have been a dedicated member of ESFCU for about 18 years. Everyone in my household are members too. When we visit the branch in Waldorf, it’s like stopping by to see family. I have seen employees come and go, but they have all fit right in with the exceptional member service model at this location. I have not had one complaint or an unpleasant experience in 18 years. I have even had a friend ask me, why do I do so much in person banking, when so much can be done online or at an ATM. My response was, “because I have built relationships”, I look forward to seeing my credit union family. Signed, Member For Life E.A.Thomas

Diana Scott5From the moment I walk through the door, everyone at my credit union smiles and greets me like family! Each associate is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I recently moved all of my banking activity, including a mortgage refinance, to the credit union. Yep, right in the middle of the pandemic’s strongest quarantine. The mortgage rate was awesome! But, honestly, the support as I navigated the paperwork was truly amazing. That’s the way my credit union folks operate.

Jessica Ervin2I know times have changed and I believe that the credit union has changed as well. Some services that use to be available are no longer available. I am not planning on leaving the credit union because I have been a member for awhile, but some of the changes haven’t been positive for old members. However, the customer service is still very good and because of that I will stay as a member.
Response from the ownerHi Jessica, thank you for your feedback. We would like to discuss the services you use most and how we can best serve you. Please contact DeLoria Savoy, Vice President of Branch Services, at 301.779.8500 ext. 4761. Thank you for your membership.

Jean Moussi5Hi, as a member of the ESFCU, I decided to leave my feelback for this branch customers service.Nice tellers but I was touched by Teresa Absalon and customers service rep Melanie Warner are just wonderful and specially friendly; I do not see the same mood at M&T bank where I been banking the last 16 years; so this morning I just opened a saving as well as a checking account with ESFCU who knows what the future will plan...Also I thank the bank manager who pontaniosly reply to my phone call; this mean something. I please all of you that never leave a review for those guys, to do so. Thank you again for your excellence in service and hoping that you will be honored.

Shelly Taylor5This credit union goes above and beyond in my opinion. Mr. Grant visited my daughter’s school and took the time to give a group of us advice on how to improve our banking. The information was so enlightening and I felt I was smarter about my money by the time he finished. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He said that we all should have a home budget. A Budget, budget, budget is everything.
Response from the ownerThank you for the feedback, Shelly. We hope to see you again soon!
